Set amongst established gardens in Stanley Point, this substantial renovation and addition transformed an already beautiful home into a private coastal retreat designed for modern family life.
The project centred around a major alteration and extension to the existing home, creating additional living spaces while carefully maintaining the character and scale of the original architecture. New internal spaces including a kitchen, laundry, bathroom, WC and second lounge were integrated into the home, alongside a new garage and significant exterior improvements.
Outside, the transformation continued with extensive hard landscaping, a swimming pool, pool shed and poolside cabana, creating a series of outdoor spaces that feel connected, functional and inviting.
The result is a home that balances everyday practicality with relaxed resort style living.
